About Us
Oak Valley Collective LLC provides nonprofit leaders with strategic consulting services designed to achieve results. Our expertise is in fundraising, grant writing, and board development. We also offer public relations and media placement. We have more than 35 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes, including small nonprofit arts organizations, medium-sized specialty museums and gardens, and large health care and educational powerhouses.
Currently, our focus is on working with nonprofits serving Woodburn, Gervais, Silverton, Keizer, Salem, and surrounding areas. The mid-Willamette Valley is growing but is oftentimes overlooked by traditional funders. Let's work together to develop new strategies and attract the funding you need to make our community stronger and more resilient.
Our principal consultant, Rebecca Coleman Lerback, also has experience providing discreet guidance to individuals and families on creating plans for their own philanthropy. Services include researching nonprofits, conducting site visits, proposal review, and making recommendations for family foundation or Donor Advised Fund grants.
