Woodburn Proud Clean Up Day. Join Woodburn Proud and the City of Woodburn for Clean Up Day! We will meet at City Hall at 8AM for orientation, release forms and supplies! Transportation will be provided by the City of Woodburn to and from Clean up Locations.
