Woodburn Independent and Pamplin Media Group are honoring one student from the Woodburn area with the 2014 Amazing Kid Award. The winner and runners-up will be featured in a special section of the newspaper. The winner will be honored at an Oct. 30 luncheon at Adventist Medical Center in Portland/
