Woodburn Downtown Trick or Treating
Happy Halloween! The Woodburn Public Library and Aquatic Center, along with other downtown businesses will have candy, candy and more candy, so kids dress up in your Halloween costume and bring your parents to the Downtown Plaza on Halloween. There will be games, crafts, contests, pinantas and more.
