Woodburn Art Center Celebrates 47 years!
You are invited to join us Thursday evening, March 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. for a reception celebrating the 47th Anniversary of the Woodburn Art Center. The event will feature a showing of the center’s permanent art collection. The collection features art work by Carl Hall, long time art instructor at Willamette University and a teacher at the WAC in the mid-1970s. Others who taught at the center and who’s art will be featured include E. John Robinson, Charles Mulvey, Vic Reviera and George Hamilton. The wine and cheese reception will, also, honor the founders of the Woodburn Art Center including Margaret McClain and Margaret McClain and art work from Lyle Eichsteadt, Lorraine Graham, L. H. Sindberg and others. This is a rare opportunity to see the art center’s complete collection we hope you will be able to attend.
