Shred Day by Networking Club of Woodburn
The Networking Club of Woodburn is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping businesses by word-of-mouth referrals. We also sponsor local community events, such as a spring food Drive for the AWARE Food Bank, and the upcoming Shred Day. The 4th Annual Shred Day is an event to help the community be aware of the dangers of identity theft, and the resources available to help keep you from becoming a victim! Individuals and businesses alike can bring up to 2 plastic grocery bags to be shredded FREE; larger quantities will be accepted with a donation to offset expenses, and to help with the spring food drive expenses. Suggested donations are $5.00 for 3 or 4 bags, $10.00 for 5 to 7 bags. We will suggest donations on 8 bags or more on a case-by-case basis at the event. A tax-deductible receipt is provided with each donation, if desired. We are also looking for co-sponsors for this event - if you would like to have some advertising (Independent, posters, booth space, or banner), or to become a member of NCOW, please contact Joe Strubhar at 503-209-1556 for details.
