Free Diabetes & Cholesterol Screening
Come to a FREE Diabetes & Cholesterol Screening hosted by the Salem Health Community Health Education Center. Screening tests available include cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure. Health educators will be available at the screening to help you understand your same day results and what the information means for your health. IMPORTANT: If you plan to have your cholesterol tested, please do not eat any food or drink any beverages other than water ("fast") for at least 9 hours before your test appointment for more accurate biometric numbers.
