Need health insurance? Come to the Cover Oregon Application Fair to get assistance applying. Oregonians who want health insurance must apply by March 15, 2014.

Information to bring with you:
-Social Security Number (or Alien Resident Number) for everyone who is applying.
-Birth dates for all applying for coverage
-Employer and income information
-Any self-employment deductions
-Policy number(s) and plan name(s) for any current health insurance
-Information about health coverage available through the an employer.
