Car seat checkup clinic - provided in partnership with Salud Medical Center, Wellsping/Silverton Hospital Network, Woodburn Fire District, Woodburn Ambulance, Woodburn Police Department, Woodburn Parks and Recreation, Oregon Department of Transportation, Safe Kids Willamette Valley, ACTS of Oregon and Salem Hospital Trauma Services.

Fees/Admission
Families with limited income may qualify for a reduced price of $30. You will need to provide proof of income eligibility (OHP, WIC, food stamps) and bring a money order for $30 to Salud Medical Center Community Health Sevices Department. The money order should be made out to "Woodburn Together".
Spanish speaking staff will be available.
