DESCRIPTION:Woodburn lights its Christmas tree Sunday\, December 4. The whole family is welcome to this traditional holiday event.  First gather outside the Settlemier House at 5:30pm to light the mansion's tree and sing traditional Christmas carols.  Then join the parade of carolers as they make their way by candlelight to the Downtown Plaza for a performance by Dance Dance Dance\, traditional caroling\, hot chocolate\, cookies and an appearance by Santa himself at 6:30pm.  Mayor Kathy Figley will light the city's Christmas tree in the town square.
