SUMMARY:"Who's on Third" Free Music Concert
DESCRIPTION:Billy and the Rockets - doo-wop\, blues and gospel group! This well known local group is led by Bill Coleman.   they're a 5 piece combo that plays old time Rock and Roll\, with a little Gospel\, Country and Blues mixed in just for fun.  The combination of guitars\, drums\, stand up bass and vocals provides a very entertaining sound.  the group will be drawing from their extensive list of 50's old time rock and roll.  Performing hits originally sung by Buddy Holly\, Ricky Nelson\, Jerry lee Lewis\, Elvis Presley\, Chuck Berry\, Frank Sinatra and many\, many more.\n\n\n\nThis is the 7th season of our community concert series.  It's designed to provide enjoyable live entertainment to the local community.  The title\, "Who's On Third?" is a play on words from the old Abbott and Costello comedy baseball routine - but instead of "first"we used "third" to hopefully help folks remember that our concerts are held on the third Sunday of each month\, at 3pm (September-May).  All concerts are supported with a freewill offering.  Each concert also has a mid-concert intermission\, with refreshments.
