DESCRIPTION:Who's on Third Concert - "Vocal Effect"\, an all male highschool aged accapella/rockapella group from Tualatin High School.  This past June "Vocal Effect" was the Rose Festival Queen's Court escort.  They sang for the Queen's coronation in the Rose Quarter and then escorted the Rose Festival Court float though the parade\, serenading the Queen and her court the whole way.\n\n\n\nRefreshments are served during intermission.
