DESCRIPTION:We decided to extend our Strawberry Festival two weekends! Join us for our first weekend including a new twist incorporating the two things that Dad loves\, BBQ & Brew! Bring the whole family out to enjoy a great new festival featuring U-pick Strawberries\, Hayrides\, Obstacle Course\, 20-ft Hay Slide\, Toddler Play Area\, Animal Barn\, & much more! \n\n June is a great time for ripening Strawberries\, just waiting to be picked off the bush. Every Father's Day Weekend French Prairie Gardens hosts our Annual Strawberry Festival. \n\n The Festival is open Thursday through Sunday to kids and adults of all ages. \n\n Strawberry Festival Activities Include:\n\n \n U-Pick Strawberries \n \n Hayrides Animal Barn & Farm Animals \n \n Obstacle Course Chicken Coop with Observation Window \n \n Pig Barrel Train Rides \n \n 20 foot Tube Slide \n \n Tonka Truck Toddler \n \n Play Area \n \n Fresh Homemade Strawberry Pie \n \n Fresh Strawberry Shortcake \n \n Pulled Pork Sandwiches Pork Sausages & much more! \n\n\n Admission to the festival: $4\, plus the cost of fruit picked. $8 for a small picking bucket\, or $16 for a large picking bucket. \n\n Our animal barn features several animal displays\, including educational signs for people to learn about some of the animals. You may also feed the animals.\n\n \n\n Displays include a variety of farm animals\, goats\, llamas\, chickens\, ducks\, sheep\, bunnies\, pigs and more.\n\n The goat bridge connects the pastures and allows you to feed the animals using some unique feeders. Kids also enjoy their turn on our 20 foot hay slide!
