Cardiologist Chad Carr\, MD\, will share important information women need to know about heart disease and prevention. Joining Dr. Carr will be stress management specialist Elizabeth Connor\, RYT\, who will discuss the effects of stress on one's health and lead participants in stress relief exercises.\n\n\n\nBMI (Body Mass Index) and blood pressure measurements will be available free of charge before the presentation.\n\n\n\nAttendance is free.
