Children and youth are at the center of this program\, which offers reading activities\, games\, raffles\, refreshments\, free books\, student performances and exciting entertainment. This year the celebration will be held Saturday\, April 27\, 2013\, 2   6 PM\, at French Prairie Middle School in Woodburn\, Oregon.\n\n \n\nYou are cordially invited to join us in a celebration for all children!  You can also participate in this special day by donating items for the raffles\, providing an activity\, information booth\, or by sponsoring a portion of the entertainment.
