Chef Dave was most recently in Costa Rica where he earned the title\, Chef of the Jungle and wrote a cookbook\, Cooking At La Cusinga\, detailing his use of the wealth of amazing ingredients that the jungles of Costa Rica had to offer.\n\n				\n\n				Chef Dave is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area\, but his culinary travels have taken him to Maui\, Cape Cod\, the Napa Valley\, Los Angeles\, Austin\, Lake Tahoe and more. In each of these places\, he has tried to draw from the local ingredients and learn from local cooks and chefs.
